Women's Housing
Our community faces a growing number of women who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. Instead of supporting the housing co-ops where residents still feel vulnerable we propose a new approach with developing small portable homes that can be parked in an independent, private and community focused green zone.
Smoke-free Olinda
Imagine the Dandenong Ranges do not have residents burning off their garden waste but instead use a mobile rocket stove than burns it at extreme temperatures and cycles through the smoke to remove any residue.....
Women's Investment Working Group
A group of women, exploring money and finances. Taking control of their own finances, sharing knowledge and discovering answers to the subjects we don't know:
- Income - passive and active incomes
- Loans - Good lending and bad lending
- Superannuation, Taxes and Wills
- Starting businesses
- Cryptocurrencies
- The emotions that drive our decisions with money
Some of us are spending more that we earn, some of us are great at staying out of debt, some earn a great income but still live week-to-week, some earn plenty but don't actively manage or invest it, some are retired, some are new mums.
